Many things happened, this is just a sort of update for the people who MIGHT care (idk if any exist):

-Hypersonus is no more. Which sucks. When I found it, it felt like home to me. I got taught things in music production that would have taken months and months of more work to get the hang of if it wasnt for that awesome community. I see and understand why it happened, its depressing but ig we will have to move on. Wishing everyone who was there and loved it as much as I did nothing but the best, yall are awesome.

-Regarding my song drowning: Its as I said, a very emotional piece and it really really made me so, so happy seeing how well it was recieved. Thanks to everyone who cared enough to listen, vote and even gave feedback or let me listen to their thoughts about the piece. Its always the best seeing your work move and matter to other people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Im pretty sure that what moved me to make that song is now getting worse, and looking into the future brings me hardly anything but distress. Past 3 weeks were hell and some stuff got better, but new things took the place of old problems. I wish I could share more positive news, but rn I am kinda just existing, stuck overthinking the same stuff over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Working 45hr/week, + endless music rehersals leave me barely any free time to pursue this hobby. I really want to keep exploring the musical niche of amen breaks, ambient and unconventional sound designs since it feels like home to me. Hopefully ill be able to make a song once in a while, but dont expect too much from me in the coming months. Also workin on finishing up the last few leftover garageband IDs, maybe releases within the next 2 weeks (they are mid).

Thank you for everyone who cared and cares about all of this, ill try to keep making updates. Stay strong, stay hopeful and dont forget that you will never be alone.

Found out why the piano I used to make stuff like my NGGCC submissions had ugly artifacts (needed a highcut at 10khz) and now It sounds much cleaner in both songs, without audible high-end clipping artifacts. Reuploaded both "Where there's a will, there's a way" and "skylands" since the issue was most jarring there.

With some Important private stuff out of the way I finally had the time to make my announcement for a collab I've planned a few weeks back. So here a rapid-fire of all important aspects:

The collab is aiming to result in a roughly 70-Minute long mix of Synthwave/Darkwave/Synthy Ambiance that captures the depressing, dark, isolating, dreamlike and nostalgic feel of winter. For more artistic freedom the genre synthwave is a general anchor point, elements of adjacant genres can be used as long as it fits the compilation. Songs like Memory Reboot by VOJ and Narvent played a huge part in forming this idea.

The collab has 20 planned parts, with 18/20 being currently free and 5 Artists already interested in participating (Including myself xd)

Deadline is open, since I don't know what to expect in terms of the time it takes to get people, produce parts and mix them together. Would be cool to have it out before march 2027 tho :>

So I tried finishing my new project track "dream flower" until today but I'll have to postpone its release by probably weeks. This is because I'm having a real hard time making it sound good, mainly because its a venture in a genre I've never done before. It was also meant as my entry to the NGADM challenge but I am not even sure if I will even participate in that since NGGCC was lots of work already and I think that I dont wanna put up with allat b2b. Next year maybe...

Despite all that I am genuinely excited tho to see how it will turn out.

Its 5 am... I spent the last 4 hours chasing a set sound and after 4 hours im realizing its a square wave with a bitcrusher ;-;

I'd never think that this track, crafted over many days until 4am on my smol iPhone which started overheating way too often would gain this much traction. But here we are! I am incredibly thankful for everyone who gave heartwarming feedback and reviews. It changed my view and perception of music quite a lot since oneself is most often the harshest critic of their own work, but seing soo many people enjoy and appreciate my music has just reinforced my belief that music is my crafty niche and that I will try everything to continue uploading new stuff. Thank you!

Additionally to the two frontpages I got recently, from today my music will be available in gd! Thanks to @till-i-pop the whitelisting process was very short. So if you wanted to use my stuff in gd, now you can :D This means honestly a ton to me, as gd was the single most important influence on my music taste and so I always wanted to contribute to the awesome audio library to give back to the game that built my childhood. So thanks to everyone who helped and worked so that this is even possible.

Also shortly there will be a single of mine releasing, called orb. My first track in reaper so stay tuned!
